Original Scottish Artist
Unlike many other artists, Daniel Fairbairn has only been painting seriously for a living since Spring 2016, having just been made redundant from the oil industry. He has been painting since the age of 13, through school and later as a hobby but when his career ended abruptly he decided to seize the chance to work seriously as an artist. In this short time, he has secured exhibition space in various galleries, and completed numerous commissions. Working from home, in Portgordon, he captures the beauty and drama of light and form that glides through the skies over the Moray coastline. Daniel enjoys the journey each painting entails, and wants you to join him for that journey as you view his art.
